1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device on subsequent visits, remember your preferences, and provide us with information about how you use the site. Cookies may be set by the website itself ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services ("third-party cookies").

2. How We Use Cookies and Browser Storage

TNT agency s.r.o. uses browser storage solely for the following purposes:

• Essential entries — necessary for the website to function correctly (your consent choice and your selected language). These are kept in your browser's localStorage and cannot be removed without impairing core functionality.
• Analytics entries — help us understand how visitors interact with our site (pages visited, session continuity, traffic sources). Our analytics provider, WebmasterID, sets no cookies at all; it stores two randomly generated anonymous identifiers in your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage. Analytics is loaded only after you explicitly click Accept on our consent banner.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or social media tracking cookies.

Note: None of the entries above is a cookie — they are stored in your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage. The essential entries (cookie_consent, tnt-lang) are not transmitted to any server and do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive. The three WebmasterID entries are only created after you accept analytics.

4. WebmasterID Analytics & the Consent Gate

Our website analytics is provided by WebmasterID. It works as follows:

• The analytics script is loaded only after you click Accept on our consent banner. Before you consent, the script is not requested at all.
• WebmasterID does not set, read or write any cookies. It uses only the localStorage and sessionStorage entries listed in section 3.
• Per page view it transmits only: the page URL, the pathname, the page title, the referring URL, your browser language, your user-agent string, your browser window width, a timestamp, our site identifier, and the two anonymous identifiers described above.
• It never receives the contents of the employer request form (company, contact person, email, telephone, staffing requirements, budget), the inputs or results of the payroll calculator, or the content of a prepared email. mailto: links are never transmitted.
• It honours your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings: if either signal is set, the analytics does not initialise even if you have given consent.
• If you choose Reject, the analytics identifiers are deleted immediately.

Our site also sets Google Consent Mode defaults, under which analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are all set to "denied". No Google tag is loaded on this website and no Google service consumes these defaults; they exist only as a safeguard.

Analytics events are sent to the endpoint webmasterid-ingest-api.vercel.app, which is hosted on Vercel. Because this is global infrastructure, processing outside the EEA cannot be excluded. No server-side retention period for analytics events is published.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can manage cookie preferences in the following ways:

• Consent banner — when you first visit our site, you can accept or reject non-essential (analytics) tracking. Choosing Reject deletes the analytics identifiers immediately. You may revisit your choice at any time by clearing this site's browser storage and visiting the site again.
• Browser settings — most browsers allow you to refuse, delete, or be notified about cookies. Please refer to your browser's help documentation:
  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
• Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control — if you enable the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal in your browser or via an extension, our analytics will not initialise at all, even if consent has previously been given.

Please note that rejecting or deleting the analytics entries will not affect the core functionality of our website. Removing the essential localStorage entries may affect the language-switching feature and will cause the consent banner to reappear.

6. Third-Party Embeds

We do not currently embed third-party content (e.g., YouTube videos, social media widgets) that would set additional third-party cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and our consent banner accordingly before such content goes live.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our website or the services we use evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. For material changes that affect your consent choices, we will reset the consent banner so you can make a fresh choice.
