Editorial policy
What TalentPartnerID Media publishes, how the work is produced, and how we handle the fact that a staffing company publishes it.
Who publishes this
TalentPartnerID Media is published by TNT agency s.r.o., the operator of TalentPartnerID. We are not an independent outlet and do not claim to be. The publisher works in the market this publication writes about.
That is stated in the footer of every page, not only here. A reader should know who stands behind a piece before deciding whether to act on it.
What we publish
We write for employers about recruitment, workforce and staffing, the labour market, the economics of employment, industries and skills, international hiring, data, and employer operations.
Every piece needs evidence a reader can check and a conclusion a reader can use. Work that restates what is already common knowledge, or that is written for a search engine rather than a person, does not get published.
Fact, interpretation and analysis
We distinguish four kinds of statement and label them in the text: fact (what the statute or the statistic says), interpretation (how we read it), analysis (what we make of it), and illustrative example (a worked model, not a recommendation).
A reading of a rule is not the rule. A worked example is not a promise about an outcome.
Authorship
We do not invent an editorial staff. We do not publish names, titles or biographies for people we cannot evidence.
Editorially produced pieces carry the TalentPartnerID Media byline. That is organisational attribution, stated openly — not cover for an author who does not exist.
Commercial integrity
We link to TalentPartnerID services and tools, but separately from editorial text. Commercial material is always visually distinct and labelled as such.
We do not publish paid placement, agency rankings in which we would rank ourselves, or market comparisons produced for a commercial purpose. We publish no testimonials or ratings we cannot evidence.
Updates and ageing
Every piece carries its publication date and the date it was last checked against its sources. Anything pegged to a particular year — contribution rates, minimum wage, thresholds — records that year in its metadata.
Legally sensitive material is reviewed on a shorter cycle than the rest. The build reports pieces that are due for review.
What we do not do
We do not generate pages from a "city × keyword" template. We do not create empty pages for topics or countries we have nothing on. We do not publish an interview that did not happen.
